Welcome to week 19 of the #CmonionlineEssayCompetition. Choose from the following topics and discuss to be one of the winners of our 20,000 cash prize.
1. The politics of insecurity and the appointment of new service chiefs: Prospects and expectations. (politics/current affairs)
2. Silhouette Challenge: A discursive analysis of nudity on social media. (social)
3. Write an essay that includes an anecdote about the first time you said/heard “I love you”. (creative)
NB:
The above are topics and not necessarily titles, so you can caption your essay as you wish but please make it smart and brief.
The word count is between (750–1500 )± 10%
We will publish the essays as they come in for the audience and judges to read.
We also tweaked the deadline to Thursdays to provide adequate time for our judges. Please endeavour to submit early to make their jobs easier.
Submissions will end on Thursday 04/02/2021 at 11.59 pm.
